“My poor Moneyball. Can’t believe such a great film becomes a lost treasure at Oscars,” said netizen Lin Qingzhou (林庆周).

“How sad for War Horse. Didn’t win a single award at Oscars. Its box office would definitely be affected as it is on in China starting today,” commented Zhi Ai Hong Hei (至爱红黑).
