Actress and “Queen Bee of Tweeting” Yao Chen (姚晨) has been begging for a ticket home.

Her plea comes as hundreds of millions of Chinese scramble for a train or flight home for their family reunion during Chinese New Year.

Yao Chen said on Tuesday she didn’t have a flight ticket home on Tuesday and asked for help.

“Almighty microblog, do me a favor! I can’t book a ticket home. I’ll beg you on my knees for a ticket from Beijing to Wuyishan on Jan 21,” she wrote, adding a cartoon picture of a tearful girl.

Fans suggested she should get a transfer flight, or even car share. Others invited her to their own CNY celebrations.
