Author Li Ao (李敖) HAS filed a slander lawsuit against TV host Dee Hsu (徐熙娣) and in addition demanded three sessions of debate on her variety show KangXi Lai Le (Here Comes KangXi, 康熙來了).

The 76-year-old yesterday said he does not care whether he wins or loses in the end, but reckoned the tortuous lawsuit process would teach Dee and her TV producers a lesson.

Dee, aka Little S, recently joked on her show that the reason Li Ao kept criticizing Zhang Lan (张兰), mom-in-law of her actress sister Barbie Hsu (徐熙媛), was because he likely failed to woo her and spoke out against her because she spurned him.

The furious Li Ao asked, “How can you crack jokes about a woman’s virginity? This is about integrity, not a joke.”

He previously made a big show of saying how insulted he felt and claimed he spurned sexual congress with women of advanced years.

Dee’s husband Mike Hsu (許雅鈞) tweeted on his microblog that, to protect his wife, he would not hesitate to sell his property to fight in court with Li Ao.
