Taiwan pop singer Jam Hsiao (蕭敬騰), who has more than 1.2 million followers on the Sina Weibo microblogging service, tweeted on Monday: “I’m going to eat JJ now.”

As any self-respecting Chinese person knows, “JJ” is slang for dick, loveboat, penis, John Thomas, wicked wand … etc.

He also uploaded a sexy photo, in which he has a white face, long hair and an innocent look.

It quickly attracted more than 12,000 comments. Some netizens were astonished, saying: “Are you coming out?”

Well-known TV host Kevin Tsai (蔡康永), who is openly gay, replied: “This … there is something … that you don’t need to tell us … have fun!”

Some of Jam’s fans explained he sang a couple of songs at Singaporean entertainer JJ Lin’s (林俊傑) concert, and JJ invited him to the after-party.

JJ Lin, also known as Wayne Lim, was what “JJ” really referred to on Jam’s Weibo, they claimed.

This isn’t so convincing, because even if it does refer to JJ, it still sounds like gay porn.

JJ’s reply also didn’t help matters: “Are you really that hungry? Then I should put more marmalade (on my body), otherwise you will only smell my sweat.”
