Huang Xiaoming (黄晓明) is being called the “most stupid star” in Chinese showbiz after a two more faux pas.

He was attending a promotional event last week when a reporter asked him whether he had a plastic surgery.

In response Xiaoming reportedly said: “People compare me with photos from when I was ugliest. People who know me will see that I haven’t had plastic surgery. If you don’t believe me, come here and touch my face.”

The Sohu report didn’t say whether the reporter did, in fact, reach up and touch.

In further Xiaoming news, netizens have been accusing him of ripping off Japanese actor Kimura Takuya’s poses in a series of advertising shots.

“It was not my idea,” Xiaoming bleated in return. “I just did what I was told. Everybody understands and I don’t need to explain it. Actually, Kimura Takuya and I even share the same birthday!”
